East Tennessee Lawyers’ Association for Women, Inc. (ETLAW) seeks a part-time individual to assist in the administrative and operational functions of the organization. This independent contractor position will entail approximately 5-15 hours of work per month.
Candidate will work closely with Board of Directors, venues, and bar representatives to assist in coordinating organizational events, CLE reporting and publication, and other administrative and event-planning functions as needed. Ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter who is detail-oriented, friendly, and professional. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. Familiarity with professional courtesies of the legal profession is required, and candidates must be proficient with word processing systems. Experience in event-planning and implementation, maintaining membership databases, and interaction/familiarity with websites is a plus.
